Verbatim

The Member State whose territory is concerned by a Strategic Project shall take measures to facilitate its timely and effective implementation. Those measures may include assistance to: (a) ensure compliance with applicable administrative and reporting obligations; (b) further increase the ability of project promoters to ensure the meaningful involvement and active participation of the communities affected by the Strategic Project.
