All industrial manufacturing projects located within an acceleration area shall be considered strategic projects contributing to resilience and decarbonisation or resource efficiency for the purposes of [Article 14 of Proposal for a Regulation on speeding-up environmental assessment]. Points 1, 2 and 3 of the Annex to that Regulation shall apply.
