Created demand for low-carbon/EU-origin steel, concrete/mortar and aluminium via publicly-funded renovation, construction and infrastructure support schemes conditioned on using at least 25%/5%/25% qualifying material.

Producers of low-carbon and/or Union-origin steel, concrete/mortar and aluminium are offered support, and this is not law yet.
