For the technologies listed in Article 4(1), points (a) to (j) that are renewable energy technologies, Member States shall, when designing auctions for the deployment of energy from renewable sources, include: (a) pre-qualification criteria related to: (i) responsible business conduct; (ii) cyber security and data security; and (iii) ability to deliver the project fully and on time; (b) pre-qualification criteria or award criteria to assess the auction’s sustainability and resilience contribution as referred to in paragraph 2.
